SHIPPING

Shipping costs are added to your order during checkout. We apply the following fees for each shipment:

• Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg : 5,00 € / Free shipping on order above 50 €

• Europe : 15,00 € / Free shipping on order above 100 €

• Rest of the world : 25,00 € / Free shipping on order above 175 €

 

The prizes mentioned are the EU prizes. For deliveries outside the EU , import duties (taxes) may apply and must be paid by costumer .

 

The delivery time of your package depends on the destination:

• Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg : 2 to 4 business days

• Europe: 3 to 5 business days

• Rest of the world: 4 to 10 business days

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have shipped your order. Please contact us if your delivery doesn’t reach you in time or if an item is missing.

 

RETURNS

 

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery by visiting our store or sending the product back.

You can request a refund or exchange, by sending us an email with the reason of the return.

Please note that when returning an item, the shipping costs are at your own expense. We also recommend an ensured shipment: Thuy Pearl Boutique is not  responsible for lost or damaged packages.

In case of a refund, the full amount of the purchase is restored to your original payment method. You will receive this amount 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned package.

All returned products have to be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept items that have been damaged, worn or washed. Items on sale can’t be returned
