ABOUT THUY MAI

I am an Antwerp-based jewelry designer, to a Vietnamese father and Chinese Mother. I pursued my dream by opening my own pearl studio in 2010 in the heart of Antwerp. The city, known for diamonds and fashion, is the perfect environment where my unique creations come into their own. 

I have always been fascinated with the magic surrounding pearls : they are natural, asymmetric and elegant. My dearest memory of my mother is of her wearing a gorgeous pearls necklace.

I strive to keep my prices fair  and affordable. And it’s possible by exporting pearls directly from farms. Every year I also travel to find pearls and gemstones in Asia. It’s very important to provide transparency in the supply chain of my products.

I create what I like to wear. My goal is to make go-to pieces that feel timeless  but at the same time sophisticated. I hope you find something in my collection that brings you as much joy as designing each jewelry has brought to me .
